I'm normally up for unenforced agreements, but it rather depends on who I'm trading with. There are some people I trust, and some people who I know habitually break agreements (even if they're being enforced!) Part of the reason I made the Promises was so that trades could happen without a lot of messages back and forth; people could just accept the trade, and that would be that. Unlike in real life, in Agora, enforced agreements are often more practical than informal ones. -- ais523
