I vote d).

I waited to see what the various CFJs would say.

Plus I note with interrest that players seem to rely on the rules defined
mechanisms enforcing trades (or not, as these mechanisms have their quirks and
gaps) rather than just flat out agreeing on trades without rules mechanisms to
enforce (or break ;) the trade.

So: outside of any formal promises, trades etc - is anyone interested in
trading cards just by agreeing on it and performing the card transfers in
indidivual mails?

Subject: DIS: Straw polls regarding the trading card contest

First, it was ruled in CFJ 3287 that it is impossible to cash ais523's
promises to give ais523 trading cards in exchange for other trading
cards. The result is that Max Schutz, scshunt, and I gave trading
cards to ais523, expecting to receive trading cards in return, but in
fact got nothing. Should we:

(a) Leave everything as it is,
(b) Try to fix the situation by transferring ais523 trading cards to
each of Max, scshunt, and me, or
(c) Try to fix the situation by giving Max, scshunt, and me our
original cards back?

Also, there appears to be a lack of interest in the contest. Only 7
players of Agora have participated at all, and nobody has transferred
any cards in the last week. Should we:

(d) Leave everything as it is,
(e) Make the contest easier by lowering the win threshold from 12
different cards to (perhaps) 8 different cards, or
(f) Something else?

(Yeah, the lettered options are kind of corny, but now people can vote
by clicking "reply", typing two letters, and clicking "send"!)
