We tried it a while ago but it didn't pan out due to apathy. IMO, these kinds of fixed-rules contests, because they're essentially completely isolated from Agora proper (the AAA was a notable exception because it was part of a pan-contract economy), don't much help increase general activity, and for that reason often fail to get traction even when Agora is active. But I wouldn't mind playing anyway.
