The entire day of April 1, UTC, of each year is known as Scam
      Day.

During Scam Day, the following definitions of capitalized words
are used instead of those prescribed by other rules:

      - MUST NOT, MAY NOT, SHALL NOT, ILLEGAL, PROHIBITED: Before
performing the described action, the full implications of
performing it should be understood and carefully weighed.

      - SHOULD NOT, DISCOURAGED, DEPRECATED: Performing the described
action violates the rule in question.

      - MUST, SHALL, REQUIRED, MANDATORY: Before failing to perform
the described action, the full implications of failing to
perform it should (in the ordinary-language sense) be
        understood and carefully weighed.

      - SHOULD, ENCOURAGED, RECOMMENDED: Failing to perform the
described action violates the rule in question.

Players are encouraged (in the ordinary-language sense) to take
advantage of these definitions to carry out scams which would be
illegal or impossible on other days. However, scams SHOULD NOT
be carried out which are detrimental to the game as a whole.
