I see the link there; I think comex's point is that you only want to remove someone when you're sure you've got another nominee lined up. I suppose this does that indirectly; why would you remove someone if you don't want the job? But it's not direct. Anyway, not to worry to death, I'd personally vote for it as-is tinkering can be done later. -G.
