Okay, I'll pay attention to this argument, it's simple. R105 => CANNOT. R2192 is not CAN. It's "CAN if R2141 general may." And R105 CANNOT => !R141 may. Therefore R105 CANNOT => !R2141 may => !R2192 CAN => CANNOT. No contradiction. -Goethe
