Okay, no biggie, I just thought I might have missed a bunch of discussion 
about this (maybe on the channel) so was curious, I kinda dislike feeling
rushed-to-consensus because I'm told it was "all decided by most people" 
somewhere hidden.  

As you know I think Officers can make just about any call they want 
about an uncertain state (including just saying "I personally think it 
worked so...") as long as they annotate that its unsettled.  

I'm actually waiting to see if the Spam Scam precedents knock out
the whole forum from the beginning (no opinion there yet either).
