In any case, "Monstrous Consent" clearly means the consent of the Monster, not consent that is monstrous in scale, and in any further case, this consent is not monstrous at all; it's only been written monstrously. I suppose the Mad Scientist could act on behalf of the Monster to give its consent, though. -root
