We closed the *specific* loophole and I wrote a thesis on the issue of the power structure which was, as comex states, much broader to the structure of the game. Once the specific loophole was closed, making that broader adjustment was, for some reasons I don't quite recall, the subject of some interesting discussion which never came around to an agreed-upon fix. -Goethe.
