The CoE(s) against the results on 5582 pause ratification of those results. Are there any other self-ratifying reports claiming that tusho is a player? (I wouldn't count asset reports as doing so; at most, they might create assets in eir possession, which would then trigger the usual cleanup process if they were player-restricted.)
