At the time of the above announcement, there were two criminal cases (1935 and 1942) initiated by Wooble, with comex as the defendant, and still in their pre-trial phase. Since the untrimmed version of the above-mentioned quotation referred to 1943, and 1942 is closely related to 1943 in subject matter while 1935 is not, I am interpreting this as a reasonably unambiguous reference to 1942.
