Even if you say the period has to be, say, at least one week, if you're the Speaker and someone posts a Spot that says "Every week, assign prerogatives", then unless you can get away with assigning them more often or not at all, that'll be the end of you. I'd like to see what happens if we play it out as we're doing now; the idea was to have lots of seemingly innocuous obligations pile up until you're severely restricted and want to quit. --Ivan Hope CXXVII
