I'd say my CFJ suffices as the claim of error if it's found false.
It triggers R1551(a), which is sufficient to prevent the results from
self-ratifying. What does or doesn't count as a claim of error is not
explicitly defined; implicitly, a message is a claim of error if and
only if it is explicitly labeled as one.
