Beats me. I just inherited it that way from the previous Registrar.
I think an e-mail to them bounced at some point. *pokes through the
archives* Ah yes, on 30 Jul 05, then-Register OscarMeyr mass-invited
the watchers to register; the ones marked // bounced at that time.
Yep, that's it. There was a consensus to leave the unreachable
Watchers on the list, so I simply commented out the listings of the
bouncing email addresses.
