Oh, final point:  This is true of the system you've just imposed.  It's not
true of the previous civil system, which included the above as punitive
damages for rules violations, but granted judges the power to Order 
arbitrary compensatory and punitive damages in whatever currency or 
units were meaningful to parties in the contract for agreements which
were not the Rules.  These orders would be legal, binding by the contract,
and appealable/upholdable in Agoran law.  Enforcement, of course, would
always be an issue.
