Never seen this rounding mode in the wild before.  Any particular reason
for it?  Is it just the 15->13.5->13 case?

5062-5065.

Unclear if scores go negative.  I suggest "eir score is set to zero".
Actually, the whole concept of points is unnecessary; we can work just
fine with only scores.
