We have well-honed mechanisms for tracking and distributing legal texts that bind all players, and they're called the "rulesets". Agoran Contracts are missing out on all that joy. In nomic as in programming, two separate mechanisms to achieve essentially the same effect are never going to both achieve the quality that one on its own does. -zefram
