There are known ingredients, like lipid-nanoparticles (LNPs), unknown 
ingredients, and ingredients from whistleblowers. For example, a Pfizer 
manufacturing whistleblower claimed luciferase and graphene oxide were put into 
the shots. Interestingly from the paper, the magneto-mechanical-genetic (MMG) 
cell-type targeting uses luciferase for chemi-luminescent signal expression. 
But why would luciferase be put into a finished product unless it’s used in the 
signal network hop(s).
