I'm 99% certain no global alien hoax will take place. We're stupid, but not *that stupid*.
Interestingly, a system can reach close to the end of Evolution, but never the exact end. Earth can become advanced nanobots that can instantly self regenerate, construct things as needed, cooperate way better than us, all sorts of things. But you can't control all particles/atoms, it's a impossible loop, and so there's always a little information you didn't know about and hecne always a little up n down fall of an advanced civilization. However I believe we are not there yet, we are clearly still evolving, and believe the up n down will be smaller when omegaBot emerges. But just maybe we've been here so long we are more than capable of flight/ computers, so hence we knew just what to do, unlike ex. 40,000 years ago when they were kind of lucky to build computers (if this is the case). The next issue may be again something non controllable. And probable. That's occurred before. Maybe nukes. Maybe poverty.
