I forget, is Ukraine part of Eurasia, or Oceania? Looks like all of Europe with the exception of the British Isles are Eurasia. Alaska is still Oceania though.

It conveniently ignores the situations in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, and northern Poland, which all had significant portions of their populace that thought of themselves as Russian. Allof those areas have completely shifted toward NATO in the last ~~ 30 years or so. Perhaps the difference in Ukraine was that they had a larger portion, and maybe more concentrated part who still thought of themselves as Russian.
