The letters that constitute BEAD represent words likely not to be popular after 
January (well, except Broadband). Are there clawback clauses baked in 
somewhere? I’m not really a gambler, but if I had to bet, things that had those 
letters would be on the short wish list to try to reel back in. The gov track 
record of caring which little guys it may hurt is not awesome.
