And to completely change the topic, I think that subsidies for building
charging stations should be based on KWh delivered and not just a
subsidy to build a charging station.  With current subsidies you end up
with a bunch of 50KW DC "fast" charging stations that never get maintained
or used because they are pretty much a last resort kind of thing.
