Liability for gun owners because someone stole their gun? By that same logic if someone car jacks your car and kill someone in a head on collision that makes you responsible? I’m not At all saying that someone with a gun shouldn’t be responsible with it. But I don’t see how you can pin liability on a gun owner because someone breaks into a car and steals it in order to use it to cause harm.
