I hate winter so I'm gonna go to arkansas somewhere near the spring river in timber where I can build a cabin with a basement house. I'll salt pack trout and venison. Enough firewood to sleep through the winter. I'll spend my summer on the bank catching trout and shooting floaters with a squirtgun. You guys and your beaches, there are people on beaches. And sharks. And hurricanes. And you cant operate a still on beaches. My only interest in that is to look out over each ocean that touches each continent for 10 minutes. I'd take a beach though if it was on an island but I don't have Paul's kind of island buying money.
