Steve, From your link. Not a "Poll watchers are now allowed to be within six feet of ballot counting at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, rather than the previous 20-foot perimeter." Not a darn thing to do with the people outside in the first link. The poll watchers were INSIDE behind a barrier set 20' from the counting tables. They moved this barrier to 6' so the same poll watchers WHO WERE ALREADY INSIDE could get a better view per the judges ruling (See my sourcing below).
