Possibly.  I used to watch a lot of Twilight Zone and Alfred Hitchcock.  All I 
remember is the plot.

I don't think you can get it by touch. I think you need an open wound or 
something to get it in the bloodstream. I have no idea how they get rid of it 
once it's inside the body. Induce a fever of 102?
