Does your wiring closet switch(es) have SFP/SFP+ ports? If so, just use that on that side. On second look Netonix may not be the best option. I would really like 48 vdc power but most of them don’t have that option. They may be out of favor now but they make industrial switches with DIN mounts that are as small as two ports.
