Do they also have TMobil Phones?  I think they might be confused.  

Turn off their Ethernet port and see if their TV Still works.

Customer says he is cancelling because his wife signed up for T-Mobile TV
and they said you had to get their Internet.  I did a Google search and
found a service called TVision which launched a year ago and was based on
T-Mobile's acquisition of Layer3 TV.  But the articles from April 2019
talked about it using your existing wired broadband.

 

I still see traffic on this customer's connection, so I am wondering if he
has really switched to T-Mobile Internet.

 

Does this T-Mobile TV service come with its own Internet?  And is that whole
house Internet, or just for the IPTV service?
