I actually read what you wrote wrong. I thought you said this was a customer of yours......
I dunno. I'm working with this customer of ours to try to salvage the situation but often it seems you just end up regretting it and being happy when they move on to complain about their next victim, um provider. I had a customer (who happens to be a personal friend) contact me the other day wanting to know why our internet connection at his house wasn't very good because he was trying to watch the live stream from church on Sunday and it kept buffering. He said he had to switch to a live stream from another church and "that worked flawlessly" so "why does your service have a problem with my church?"......... face palm............. If their current WISP had any decency at all they NEVER would have let them have a poor connection to their WiFi. Seriously though, I am dealing with pretty much the same exact thing with one of our customers. She "got disconnected from a Zoom meeting and had to finish the meeting in her vehicle on her phone". It's totally irrelevant that she has a 5000+ sq ft house and a router in the corner of it that shows lousy signals all the time when she goes to the other end....... It seems like the only problem is their router is in the attached garage not in the middle of the house. Am I wrong to want this customer to just work with their current WISP to get the cable extended to a better router location? ________________________________ Total Control Panel Login<https://asp.reflexion.net/login?domain=litewire.net> To: ja...@litewire.net<https://asp.reflexion.net/address-properties?aID=242260993&domain=litewire.net> From: af-boun...@af.afmug.com<mailto:af-boun...@af.afmug.com> You received this message because the domain afmug.com is on your allow list. ________________________________ Total Control Panel Login<https://asp.reflexion.net/login?domain=litewire.net> To: ja...@litewire.net<https://asp.reflexion.net/address-properties?aID=242260993&domain=litewire.net> From: af-boun...@af.afmug.com<mailto:af-boun...@af.afmug.com> You received this message because the domain afmug.com is on your allow list.
