You are completely out of line Ken. If their current WISP had any decency at all they NEVER would have let them have a poor connection to their WiFi.
Seriously though, I am dealing with pretty much the same exact thing with one of our customers. She "got disconnected from a Zoom meeting and had to finish the meeting in her vehicle on her phone". It's totally irrelevant that she has a 5000+ sq ft house and a router in the corner of it that shows lousy signals all the time when she goes to the other end.......
