It's the "usual" dip we get every Sunday, but it's lower than it's been (by 2, 1154 vs 1156 last Sunday). Let's see what happens for the rest of the week.

I will note that with half the states lifting the shelter in place orders, it will be at least 2-3 weeks before we see what, if any, effect that has.

I had to go to Lowe's on Friday, and they reminded me of why I stopped going there a year or two ago. I needed to pick up a sliding screen door for a Pella sliding patio door, and they carry Pella. They were so disorganized it was pathetic. I ended up waiting in line for about a half hour for an online order. When I finally got to the service desk, it took them another 15 minutes to retrieve the door from the shelf (why did they not take it off the shelf when they alerted me the order was ready?). The guy that retrieved it dropped it (as in literally dropped it) behind the service desk and put a massive kink in it; making it unusable. It was the last one in stock, and they told me they can't order any more. Sheesh.

I pulled the screen from a different patio door (it's a Milgard door). As it happens, it fit the Pella door perfectly (and looks to be a lot sturdier to boot). So I ordered one from our local Milgard dealer.

I would say about 5-10 percent of the customers were not wearing masks, and about 50% of the Lowe's employees were not wearing masks. It's not clear to me why you wouldn't just wear a mask? It's not that big a deal, and if you reduce the transmission rate, that would be a good thing.

Every time I get my hopes up this curve breaks my heart...  Let’s hope we are on the tail of a normal curve.
6 days in a row decline.  But it has done this cycle 3 times before with a huge spike after.
