I really think in the next few weeks we are going to see a lot more
corrected numbers. Any deaths are bad, but less deaths are better. I just
want accurate numbers. I stopped complying as much this weekend with the
Illinois dictators edicts. I took my mask to the stores, but I would have
been the only one wearing one. I had my brother in law and sister in law
over and let them hold my baby, hes been exposed to zero pathogens since he
was born, his immune system is suppressed because of it and he will end up
being a sickly kid if i dont do something. (cure=worse than disease). Kids
are still locked down. I dont let the wife do the grocery trip. there is a
bar in Eureka that opened, thats kind of pushing luck. Its time to shit or
get off the pot, we need exposures, otherwise fall is going to be a major
disaster with everyone already immune suppressed hitting flu season when
the temperatures become ripe for this thing to spread again.
Our governor finally admitted this weekend that going by new cases
isnt "following the science" since we are increasing the number of tests
exponentially. He bowed to reality and said maybe a better indicator is the
percentage of positives in the testing (we were at 28 percent consistently
and are running something like 15-20 now). It didnt help him that he locked
us down but let his wife and family go on vacation to florida, I think he
would make great friends with King Jong Un.
We must be doing really bad here in my county, we doubled cases 2 days in a
row, 1,2,4. Im pretty sure the kid across the block is one of the cases
based on the activity at his house. He was one of the ones that kept
playing basketball, so its no surprise
