I think that must have to do with how the CPU is connected to the switch. The test results actually are the same for all of the 512 and 64 byte tests... it's just that the CRS appears to be limited to a maximum of 983.7 Mbps. Probably has something to do with the fact that there are two separate switches in the RB2011.
