I've had 4011's lock up a few times... I think I may have had it happen on
an RB1100AHX4 as well, but I'm not sure about that... in one case, I
replaced an 1100ahx4 with a 4011, and I know that happened there at least
once, but I don't remember if it was before or after it was replaced. That
wouldn't be too surprising though, since those two models have mostly the
same guts.
