[AFMUG] EPMP 1000 Disable primary Ethernet port

Is there a way to disable the Ethernet on the primary port but leave the 
aux port active?  You can Disable the Aux port, but there isn't a 
setting to disable the Primary port.  I need to kill the traffic on the 
port that is providing the POE, but leave the aux port active.
