Cheaper.... hmmm, have to fix that...

I started using the CAT6 for pretty much everything, unless it's a site where
I've had problems with lightning damage in the past. It's just simpler to not
have to worry about which one to use with which radio, and they're a bit
cheaper, so that's nice too.

Cambium equipment Ethernet circuitry is very susceptible to crc and frame
check errors. Even with nothing but a cat5 cable it will have errors. Surge
suppressors that use solid state components exacerbate this problem. Even the
surge products they manufacture will cause this problem. So, I created the
CAT6 100% Gas Discharge Tube line of products to prevent these errors on
Cambium.

They fire a bit slower than a solid state surge suppressor but are very
robust. As popular as they are, I presume people are starting to use them on
everything. Personally I would use the GIGE line everywhere I could as it does
offer better protection.

Would everything else work with gas tubes as well? I'd prefer to buy one
part that works with everything.

I've been using the GIGE-APC on ePMP just fine. When you say Cambium, do you
mean 450x hardware?

Non Cambium equipment will work with both. Cambium needs the gas tubes.

What place is that for both?

No, it is a gas tube version. They both have their place.

800-CAT6-APC will cover all my bases and provide gig, if the AP
supports it?

I'm looking for a spreadsheet or chart to show compatibility
options for rackmount SS's. Can't seem to find anything and I'm unclear which
ones I need. I'd like to remove all my 600ss and streamline to something
modular and rack mountable.

            I'm looking for SS's for...
            - Cambium 450M
            - Cambium 450
            - Cambium ePMP 2000
            - Cambium FSK 100
            - Cambium PMP 320

Can someone help me mach up part numbers please?
