When I authenticate the Marketo Launchpoint Service "Google Customer Match" using a MCC account, the service for some reason only allows me to view and sync audiences to one of the child accounts managed by that MCC. When we run a script to see what what Google reports about this account, it includes this:
<canManageClients>false</canManageClients> (I can include the whole response upon request which includes the CID) We know that this account is absolutely a Manager account. When we log in to Ads using the same credentials used to authenticate the Launchpoint Service, we can see all the child accounts listed under the master account. Can anyone advise how we can set that flag to "true"? It's preventing us from being able to sync Marketo to the desired master account in Ads. -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum" group.
