To whom it may concern: In https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/first-call/overview#test_account there is mention that a test account can be created, if you already have a manager account, can you make a test account? I am asking because I don't get an option to create a test account and the chat option given on account creation mentioned they don't manage test account creation and sent me here.
