Thanks for reply. In my opinion the using of YouTube Data API brings extra restrictions which are hard to resolve (please refer to this page: https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form?hl=en). Comparing to other platforms such as Tiktok Ads, uploading video assets are easy and directly.
