For video assets, we have to upload them to YouTube *manually* and then 
COPY their youtube IDs to our ad-platform. It's very strange and 
inconvenient.

Although there is YouTube Data API v3 with uploading support. However there 
are TOO MANY restrictions (Quota limitations 
<https://support.google.com/youtube/contact/yt_api_form?hl=en>, Unverified 
API restrictions <https://support.google.com/cloud/answer/9110914> etc.)

Why not provide video uploading API directly in Adwords/Google-Ads api ?
