Hi Before I posted, I already tried everything that you said.
If I include hidden and cancelled accounts the list is still empty. The guide that you linked to was the guide I was already using. I can create the test manager account but when I got to create the test client account, it shows the error and remains on the create account step showing the error below the Save and Continue button - it does not proceed any further and the only way out is to click the Cancel button.
