Hi, I have the latest Adwords API PHP library and have uploaded the lib, examples and build_lib folders to the root of my FTP. I have amended the auth.ini file in lib/Google/Api/Ads/AdWords however when I run examples/AdWords/Auth/GetRefreshToken.php I just get a blank page.
I have tried loads of things including a stand alone script to get refresh tokens and this has worked using the information I provided in the auth.ini of the library config so I can see there are no issues with the credentials. To rule out just the auth side i have used this token generated in the auth.ini and run the examples/AdWords/v201406/BasicOperations/GetCampaigns.php but still a blank page? I have checked with the hosting provider that all required extensions are in-place but am now running out of ideas.
