Hi,

Yes, the GetCampaigns example should be run from the command line as well. 
In terms of running this on a third party host, you would have to have 
access to the command line on that host, e.g., through ssh.

Keep in mind that the examples are simply meant to illustrate how to use 
the API. If you need them to run within your app server you can change them 
to produce html output.
