Just as a note, if we could clearly reference the campaign type in quotes, 
like "Search", this would be useful, as it is not completely clear whether 
Search and Display networks refers to campaign types "Search" and "Display" 
and "Search & Display", or whether it refers only to the campaign type 
"Search & Display". Thanks
