Looking here https://groups.google.com/forum/#!newtopic/adwords-api/adwords-api/PoxLi7jH7rc it almost leads me to believe that we cannot set contentBid for ad groups on ANY newly created campaigns - is this right? Campaign type "Search & Display Networks" is no longer available, whilst campaign type "Search Network with Display Select" is - but this does not allow ad groups to have contentBid set.
