I have already faced the same problem.
Now these fields are separeted in CONTENT and SEARCH impression share
fields.
So answering your question:
V201209 -> ("ImpressionShare") *corresponds to *V201302 ->
SearchImpressionShare and ContentImpressionShare
V201209 -> ("BudgetLostImpressionShare") *corresponds to *V201302 ->
SearchBudgetLostImpressionShare and ContentBudgetLostImpressionShare
V201209 -> ("QualityLostImpressionShare") *corresponds to *V201302 ->
SearchRankLostImpressionShare and ContentRankLostImpressionShare (I'm not
sure if these fields are exactly the same thing here but I think so)
SearchExactMatchImpressionShare -> it's a new "impression share" field.
