Hi, I understand that you are getting 'INTERNAL_ERROR' irrespective of the time of the API call or the customer id. Note that you haven't provided the logs from your end which are essential for us to investigate your issue from our end. So, I would request you to provide the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end.
