We have been grappling with a persistent issue for nearly four months, and it's imperative that we find a resolution promptly.
Unfortunately, part of the problem is that when a customer/user submits an application, it appears to enter a figurative "black hole." No application tracking number is provided, nor are any clear next steps or visibility into the process offered. It would be immensely beneficial for both our organizations and Google to establish a more transparent system for tracking applications. Furthermore, we have formally requested access to the GA API. The continued absence of a resolution to this matter is causing significant frustration and inconvenience to Sirge.
