We have sent another follow-up email regarding a four-month-long issue to correct the GA API for Sirge. We have provided the clear and required documentation to rectify this matter.
Part of the issue here is the applications appear to enter a figurative "black hole." No application tracking number is provided, nor are any clear next steps or visibility into the process offered. It would be immensely beneficial for Google to establish a more transparent system for tracking applications. We kindly ask for a prompt reply.
