Hi there, There is a limit of 15,000 operations/ day for the Basic Access Developer Token <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/best-practices/quotas?hl=en>, if we surpass this limit we will run into RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error. At the same time, there must be at most 20 user identifiers per OfflineUserDataJobOperation or else we will run into the TOO_MANY_USER_IDENTIFIERS error.
Thus, as far as I understand, we can only sync to Google Ads Customer Match maximum 20 x 15,000 = 300,000 profiles per day. Yet when we tried to sync 127,000 profiles to Customer Match, we found that around 65,000 encountered Resource Exhausted error. Could you let me know if I understand correctly? And how should I resolve this problem so that I can maximize the number of profiles synced to Google given the 15,000 operations/ day limit?
